Everything old is new again. And in the case of Mugshots, North Syracuse’s newest tavern and lunch spot,
that old adage is especially true. Mugshots offers a new incarnation of Vicky’s, local landmark for the past nine years.

Vicky has been hearing the siren song of sunny southern skies, and sons Toby and John, along with their cousin Shawn,
are hard at work making Mugshots a great place to stop for a cocktail, a bite to eat, and good company.

The guys have created a fun atmosphere for everybody from long-time patrons to new friends. The big windows let in lots of light and life, bringing the
outside in. Four big flat screens fly high above the crowd for unobstructed views of NASCAR, football, basketball - or even Saturday morning cartoons!
And the new kitchen menu is cooking from first thing in the morning to late at night.

Great things are happening all week long at Mugshots. Sunday starts out the fun with NASCAR or football afternoons, welcoming fans for Mugshots’ Famous wings and drink specials. Monday and Tuesday nights find the Mugshots softball teams celebrating their time on the field. Thursday is countrynight, with a hot live band to get you dancing. Saturday, the DJ spins your favorite tunes ‘til it’s time to head home to get ready for another week. And Happy Hour is every day from 4 to 7 PM, with drink specials and a full menu to keep the party going.

But Mugshots is not all about the night. This has always been a haven for third-shifters looking to wind down after working through the dark of night. Michelle and Nicole, daytime bartenders, greet the morning regulars with a smile and a cold (or warm!) drink, with morning happy hour on ‘til 11 AM.The kitchen is open and ready to serve these nice folks who've been waiting all night for a good meal; for some of us, morning is prime dinner time! The kitchen, open at 8 AM ‘til late in the night, serves up a delish pub menu. Diners can choose from yummy burgers, a great chicken parm sandwich, giant wings, piping hot chicken tenders, jalapeno poppers, melt-in-your-mouth mozzarella sticks, spicy nachos, crunchy onion rings, crisp French fries,
or a big sampler plate for those who can’t decide.

Other new additions bring Mugshots straight into the 21st century, with wireless Internet access that lets you "sit while you surf," a great way to get a little work done while you have a tasty lunch. Bring your laptop and set up shop! And the music selection is practically unlimited, with the Evolution Internet jukebox streaming in any song you can think of, from Neil Young to Nelly, Papa Roach to Patsy Cline. Any musical taste will find a selection here.

For a little sporting action, you can play a round of darts on one of several boards, or pick up a pool cue for a shot to a corner pocket. Here you’ll find an easy-going atmosphere where everyone can have fun. Winter dart leagues are almost over for the summer, but there are plans in the works for a end-of-season dart tourney for the in-house leagues. Or think about a summer league of your own. It’s a whole new season.

Since Mugshots has always been a big supporter of the community, they continue to sponsor softball teams and local events. And with their huge parking lot, here is a perfect spot for classic car enthusiasts or motorcycle fans to drive in and show off their newly-shined beauties. On warm summer evenings, find a picnic table outside and watch the world go by, with a tasty meal to keep you happy.
Mugshots is located at 608 North Main Street in North Syracuse, just south of Bear Road. This location is convenient to everywhere, and close to Route 81 and 481. They’re open all the time, from 8 AM to midnight or later.
